Once your order is delivered to the courier agency, we will provide you the tracking code through which you could be able to see the status of your order
If there is a delay in delivery due to certain circumstances such as public holidays or unforeseen situations we shall not be responsible of this and the product will not be exchanged/ refund / returned.
